Imagine Marco Aparthotel Melbourne

The staff at Imagine Marco were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I was actually surprised when they offered me an early check-in before 10am and even upgraded my room for free. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were fantastic, and I was impressed by the strong and reliable free WiFi signal. I had a great experience at Imagine Marco.

There were a few drawbacks. The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing, with noticeable dirt on surfaces and a somewhat grubby bathroom.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to the CBD and South Bank for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The presence of a nearby Woolworths is convenient for guests who prefer to do their own cooking. The apartment itself is modern and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The bed is described as very comfortable.

I had an very nice stay at the hotel. Cleanliness was great, and staff was amazing and provided me with the required help. The hotel facilities were exactly what I needed and the location was perfect, with easy access to transportation, freeways, and parks. The parking area was spacious and secure, the safety of my car. the hotel was located within walking distance to several attractions.

The hotel has a great location, close to plenty of restaurants and public transport links as mentioned in previous reviews. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Some rooms offer great views and the pool and cinema facilities are added bonuses.

There have been several comments about ongoing construction and noisy surroundings.

During my recent visit, I found this place to be top-notch. the location in Southbank was just perfect as it was close to many attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - they even accommodated my request upon arrival with a smile on their face. Thirdly, the leisure swimming pool was a great way to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring. Furthermore, the room amenities and facilities provided were exceptional; from the ironing facilities, the air conditioning to the flat-screen television. Lastly, I enjoyed the beautiful sun terrace and barbeque grills area- it's a great place to socialize while enjoying the stunning views.

To sum it up, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone.

They provided excellent customer service and were always available to assist with any questions or concerns we had. the beds in the apartment were comfortable, and the pillows were just right. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby amenities and a supermarket conveniently located across the road.
